AUDIENCE & AGENDA: Working for Providence health care systems the interviewee told me about how the health care benefits was really the only thing that makes working for the company really working there worth it. She didn’t really hold back on how much she disliked working for the company, but still doesn’t look for another job.

USEFULNESS: This interview shows how people will stay with job just to keep the insurance that come with the position that they hold. She loves the insurance that she receives through the providence system, but still is not completely happy with the job that she holds.
