Once on the Internet the audience narrows into someone that is interested in the subject and is searching youtube for that kind of video. Although YouTube is the best you finding related video feeds, with about 1,505 views in two years this is one that would have to be searched.

USEFULNESS: This report shows how long people have been affected by health care premiums and the price that America is paying for it. The numbers are given shortly in the report showing that the cost of inflation and adjustment of minimum wage isn’t even justifying the cost of health care premiums. With the huge increase in premium costs the public is looking for some kind of regulation on health care.
